We are looking for a customer support member Germany for our webshop. This position will contain: providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You’re the front line of support for clients and customers and you help ensure that customers are satisfied with our products, services, and features.

As Customer Support member you will be responsible for the customer satisfaction in all kinds of situations. You will maintain positive, empathetic and professional. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions is key. The communication will start by email only.

A primary function of this role is keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
